I'll be filming a segment of the Beer Pioneers
documentary at the Great American Beer Festival in
Denver
this September. Everything is booked: the camera and lighting
rentals, the camera crew (hi Matt), the floor access (thanks
Meghan), the hotels, and my transportation. Ready to
roll!
This will be my fourth time attending the GABF, which
makes it
the third time while filming the documentary. I'm really
excited
to go this once more--it has been nine years since the last
time
I went! Truly stoked I am to gain new interviews and to
update
the festival footage, but more so, I'm stoked for the
beers!
Okay, perhaps you will be there as well? If you see me at
the
convention center and you have a story about the earliest
days of
craft beer (1988 and earlier) --or have had first-hand
experiences within it-- PLEASE get in touch with me somehow.
I
would love to talk to you about it.
Feel free to e-mail me prior if you don't want to wait
until
the festival. Any help or input is greatly appreciated! Early
microbrewery photographs, too!
See you there for the Thursday and Friday evening
sessions. We
can toast a sample or two. Cheers!
